PROPINVEST "TRIP FOR 2 TO MAURITIUS" COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The organizer of the Competition is Propinvest and/or its designated agencies (hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Organisers").
|
|
THE PRIZE
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The prize is a trip for two people to Mauritius consisting of two return economy class flights departing from Cape Town, Johannesburg or Durban, and shared accommodation for 6 nights, 7 days at a resort in Mauritius on a bed and breakfast basis and includes transfers to and from the relevant airports. The choice of airline and the resort is at the discretion of the Organisers.
- The prize excludes travel insurance and all other expenses not expressly included.
- The Winner must, immediately upon request from the Organisers, provide the Organisers with all information and documentation requested by the Organisers in order to process the prize and they must make themselves available at such interviews or press conferences as the Organisers may request from time to time. Should the Winner fail to provide such information or documentation or make themselves available within 5 business days of such request; the prize will immediately be forfeited.
- The Winners must abide by the rules and policies of the airline and the resort.
- The prize must be redeemed by the Winner within 6 months of it being awarded to the Winner, failing which it will lapse.
- The Organisers do not give any warranties regarding the quality of the prize or the service provided by the relevant airline or resort.
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
- To qualify for entry into the Propinvest' "Trip for 2 to Mauritius" competition, participants must refer at least five people that successfully join Propinvest. Participants will receive one entry for every five people that join Propinvest.
- All directors, members, employees, agents and consultants of Propinvest and their immediate families (spouse, life partner, parents, children and siblings) are prohibited from entering the competition.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER
- The closing date for entries is 31st October 2011. Propinvest reserve the right to amend the competition end date at any time. The draw will be random.
- The Winner will be announced on the 8th December 2011. The Winner will be contacted telephonically and by email, if these details are supplied. If the Winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days of the draw taking place, the draw will be re-held and new Winner will be announced.
- The judge's decision is final on the Winner and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Winner must allow themselves to be photographed and interviewed by the Organisers and consent to have their names published in the Organisers' correspondence and advertisements.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- By entering this competition the participant accepts the full terms, conditions and rules of this competition and agrees to abide by these rules and any requirements and/or proceedings issued by the Organisers in regard to the competition.
- The Winner enter and take part in the competition and the prize, if they win, entirely at their own risk.
- THE WINNER HEREBY INDEMNIFY, AND WAIVE ANY CLAIM THEY MAY HAVE AGAINST, PROPINVEST AND ITS EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, INJURY OR DEATH THAT THEY SUFFER WHILE TAKING PART IN THE COMPETITION OR MAKING USE OF THE PRIZE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE FLIGHTS, TRANSFERS, ACCOMMODATION AND ACTIVITIES AT THE RESORT.

- Only valid and unique referrals will be accepted as entries. No duplication of referals will be accepted.
- In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Organisers will be final and binding on all aspects of this Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Proof of valid South African ID and a valid South African passport will be required in order for the Winner to claim the prize.
- The Organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize for prize/s of equivalent value
